What’s Included
- Bricks – ONLY if the ground is unlevel or is requested by the customer.
- Pressure Treated Skids – 4x4 PT skid perimeter (No Floor).
- Walls – 2x4 wall framing 24"oc, 1/2" Dura-temp T1-11 siding & LP trim.
- Potting Wall – 6mm twin wall polycarbonate.
- Vents – 2 eave vents (if a window is not added).
- Roof Sheeting (for the non-poly side) – 7/16” OSB (oriented strand board).
- Roof/Roofing – Partial 6mm twin wall polycarbonate, and 30-year IKO Dimensional asphalt roof shingles, ten colors to choose from for both Deluxe and Premium Models. The Premium Model also includes metal drip cap.
- Door – The Deluxe includes a 3’ door with adjustable door hardware, galvanized hinges, and a chrome locking ‘T’ handle. The Premium has a 3’ Dutch door with adjustable door hardware, black hinges and a black locking ‘T’ handle.
- Paint – Standard for Premium Models ONLY. The Premium Model comes painted with two colors of your choice. We use Sherwin Williams A100 paint and can color match other brands at Sherwin Williams.
- Delivery – Delivery* and assembled from ground up.
- Warranty – The Deluxe Potting Shed comes with a 6-year limited warranty and the Premium Potting Shed comes with a 12-year limited warranty.

Delivery / Set Up
All our sheds/shed like buildings include delivery and set up/assembled on site.
Benefits of being set up/assembled on site: You are able to get any size you want, any model you want and you are able to have your new building put exactly where you want it.
In order to keep it fair to all customers, we ask that your site be level within 6” from the highest point to the lowest point.
Our normal delivery area is 35 miles from our physical location (4880 Airway Drive, Central Point, OR), any delivery over 35 miles will be subjected to a mileage charge.
